Web Hosting

We will refund amount paid for web hosting during 14 days from the date of payment.

Domain Name Registration

Orders for domain name registration are non-refundable.

We will pay all additional charges in case the registration done incorrectly.

Web Design

Web design orders (unique) are non-refundable after the client has received the second draft version.

Web design orders (template-based) are non-refundable after the template has been placed on the web site of a customer.

Web Programming

Web Programming orders are non-refundable after the first draft of the script (program) has been placed for customer's evaluation.
